An owner came to us with a growing portfolio managed entirely across spreadsheets, no single view of where things stood, no clean way to bring advisors into the picture. So we built LAMP, a portfolio intelligence platform that treats each property as a live financial object, automatically calculating value, equity, debt, loan-to-value, improvement budgets, and renovated value across the whole portfolio. We added an advisory layer where owners invite advisors and share specific properties, private by default, so everyone sees exactly what they should and nothing more.
